The success of our
cutting edge promotional marketing method has lead to the need to
expand the program. For this year we have a two part strategy for
expansion:
I) Geographical
We have four open
markets that we are focused on expanding into.
II) Realizing the Dream
We are expanding in our geographical area and feel the best way to
do so is to pass on our recipe for success to individuals who want
to build and run their own business and open a location with no up
front investment.
The end result is that we have several opportunities to fill in that
geographical area.
The
biggest challenge for our company right now is finding individuals
that have the drive and determination to become successful
entrepreneurs. Although we have had an overwhelming response to our
recruitment process, not everyone is cut out for this type of
program. Because of the out of the box thinking that is necessary in
this industry, previous management, marketing and/or sales
experience does not necessarily translate to more value for our
organization. We typically focus on three key characteristics:
I) People Skills
We typically look for an individual who is comfortable dealing with
people in a marketing and/or sales environment. Potential leadership
skills are an asset.
II) Applying what you learn
Our business is results driven. Very few people join our
organization with all of the skills necessary to succeed in this
industry. It is crucial that the individual learn and develop new
skills quickly. We offer an environment where an individual can
utilize what they learn every day.
III) Ambition
Our goal is to find individuals who want more out of a business than
just a great income. We look for people who not only want more than
they have right now but are also willing to do whatever it takes to
achieve it. A clearly defined game plan, plus hard work equals
success.
NY Promotional Events owes much of its success to its progressive approach to
people. Every successful candidate that is accepted starts at the
same level because our philosophy emphasizes the importance of
leading by example and of having a full understanding of the entire
business model. We are seeking individuals for sales, promotional
marketing, administration & business management for future expansion
into new locations. All candidates must be willing to cross train in
all aspects of our business model starting at the entry-level. In
addition, all candidates must possess 3 critical attributes: above
average people skills, willingness to learn and intensity for
success.

Commitments to our customers & suppliers require us to expedite
expansion plans in the area. This places an immediate demand on us
to talent scout top candidates available to start our entry level
program straight away.
HOW WE STAND APART
We
provide ongoing teaching for our people at every level. Promotions and incentives
are based on work ethic and merit not seniority. A personal
mentorship team is built around each new team member to provide a
network of support through the entry-level teaching and opportunity

Duties will include:
· Learning managerial skills
· Cross training in every aspect of operations
· Direct sales and promotional marketing in a business environment
· Customer service as it relates to the marketing of products
· Inter office report filing
· Learning leadership abilities and being able to apply them
effectively
· Inventory management as it relates to daily activities and
promotions
· Administrative, phone and computer skills for daily operations.
